Reflexology?  What is it?  

Well, reflexology works in a similar way to acupressure and is based on the principle that reflex points on the feet, or hands, are connected to corresponding areas throughout the body.  Therefore, the feet, or hands, can be seen as a map of the body and often reflect what is going on in a person’s physical and mental state.

A deeply relaxing reflexology treatment supports the “whole body” by working all reflexes to release stress, bring balance and improve your overall well-being.

During the treatment, the therapist applies gentle pressure to your feet or hands. By doing this the therapist is working on the reflexes using specialised massage techniques to help correct imbalances throughout the body, bringing about a state of relaxation and help the body's own healing process helping to bring relief to many modern-day stress-related health conditions.

Olettesa Signature Luxury Reflexology Treatment

This luxury reflexology treatment for the feet is a 75 minute session.

​

With all the benefits of the Reflexology treatment with the added luxury of an indulgent skin-softening foot and leg soak to start.  Your feet and legs will be cleansed in warm scented water with bubbles to soften the skin which will then be followed on with an exfoliating foot scrub.  Each foot will then be wrapped in a hot towel which will be infused with essential oils and placed in a heated boot whilst the other foot is being treated.  Once totally relaxed, balanced and restored from your reflexology session, the treatment is completed with a beautiful moisturiser being gently massaged into your legs and feet.

During your treatment you will be offered a soothing complementary health drink.
