Olettesa Reiki & Holistic Therapies takes complaints very seriously and view complaints as an opportunity to learn and improve as well as having the opportunity to put things right for those who have made a complaint.

 

It is our policy to provide a fair complaints procedure & to make sure that everyone here at Olettesa Reiki & Holistic Therapies knows what to do if a complaint is received.  We are also bound to make sure all complaints are investigated not only fairly but in a timely manner and to ensure wherever possible that complaints are resolved and relationships are repaired and to gather information to help us to improve our services and facilities.
