I don't know about you but I have always been the type of person who likes to write things down. We have all the technology at our hands, a computer or laptop, a phone and all the other types of technology that like to keep us updated with things we're supposed to be doing every day and even though we have all this technology at our hands I've always been one who has either kept a diary or a journal of some sort all my life. In the past generally writing down the things that have not gone quite right in the day more than the things that have. I’m sure you’ve been there at some point in your life too.

SO WHY HAVE A GRATITUDE JOURNAL? By focussing more on the things we are grateful for, writing them down and staying away from the things that have not gone quite right in your day, helps you to focus on the good things in life that you might otherwise take for granted. In that way, you will start to become more attuned to the everyday sources of pleasure around you, and the emotional tone of your life can shift in profound ways.

Regular attention to journaling will help encourage you, to focus more on things that inspire and enrich you, and less on things that drain your energy resources.

FOR JUST A FEW MINUTES A DAY: Many studies have shown that by practising gratitude can help improve happiness and boost your mental wellness a little bit every day. Affirmative mindfulness has been proven to have a positive effect on confidence and promotes helpful daily habits to inspire thankfulness.

HOW IT WORKS: It takes 21 days of us doing something repeatedly for something to become a habit.  The more we continue to do these things the more we want to do them and it just becomes second nature. With that in mind, I have created this 3-month Gratitude Journal and Planner and I would like to inspire you to write with gratitude every day, not just for one month but over a period of three, and see how your mood changes when you are looking on the bright side of things on a regular basis.

The daily gratitude journal & planner has sections for....
Daily appointments
A to-do list
A place to set your goals
A section where you can keep an eye on your wellness day by day
A place to write your daily affirmations
A section to write your daily gratitude’s
And a section for daily reflection.
Each day of the month has a different uplifting quotation.
Each week also has an activity page, whether that's colouring, a meditation or a word search etc.., etc....  There's something different every week and by no means least, there's a blank page for you to doodle/reflect upon your past week.

I hope that by using this gratitude journal & planner on a daily basis, will help you recognise and list those gratitudes and help you to start thinking more positively, by focusing on the positive aspects of your life, and by generating those good feelings within you will help you move towards greater happiness, fulfilment and inner peace.
